I guide people through completion and thresholds they can no longer avoid.
For more than two decades, I’ve guided people through the moments when something can no longer be postponed, explained away, or held together by force.
Patterns that won’t resolve.
Conversations that haven’t happened.
Decisions that have been delayed.
Thresholds where clarity becomes necessary.
My work is grounded, direct, and relational. I help people see clearly, address what is actually happening beneath the surface, and move through what is unfolding with greater honesty, steadiness, and depth. Bring things to completion.
The Life Behind the Work
About Me
I have spent more than twenty-five years teaching yoga, working hands-on with the body and the Field, and accompanying people through moments of change, grief, rupture, and return.
My work has been shaped by sustained spiritual practice, pilgrimage, study, writing, and close contact with the places where life asks more of us than explanation alone can provide.
Yoga has remained the ground beneath it all—not simply as physical practice, but as a discipline of attention, discernment, and truth.
Over time, I began to see how often people remain caught not because they lack insight, but because something has not been faced, completed, or allowed to change. Completion Work grew from that recognition.
Today, my work includes direct one-to-one guidance, hands-on Field Work, writing through The Ganga Files, and my role as co-founder of OmNow.
How I Work
Life doesn’t always go as planned.
When something breaks open — a pattern, a relationship, a decision — most people try to manage it, avoid it, or explain it from the surface.
I take a different approach.
We look directly at what’s happening.
We identify what’s being overmanaged or held together by force.
We interrupt what’s repeating.
And we work toward real completion — not endless processing.
If you know something deeper needs to shift, we can begin there.
