🌀 Welcome to The Ganga Files
This space is for those seeking what is real.
Not polished answers.
Not borrowed certainty.
Not a lighter version of truth.
The Ganga Files are where the threads come together: devotion and discipline, structure and surrender, the sacred and the ordinary, the body and the unseen, the wound and the wisdom it asks us to meet.
Here you’ll find reflections, stories, practices, and transmissions shaped by lived experience, spiritual practice, direct perception, and the Field itself.
These writings are not here to tell you what to believe.
They are here to help you listen more deeply, see more clearly, and return to what your own life is already trying to show you.
Some pieces move through grief.
Some through healing.
Some through spiritual distortion, nervous system overwhelm, embodiment, devotion, death, rupture, beauty, and return.
All of them are written from the current.
Not above life.
Not outside the mess.
From inside the place where truth is revealed.
The Ganga Files are fragments from that current — reflections pulled from the deep waters of becoming and placed here as offerings.
For remembering.
For reckoning.
For returning.
This is not a place for performance.
It is a place for truth, practice, devotion, discernment, and the slow, sacred work of becoming whole enough to meet what is real.

The Balance Obsession: Why Your Chakras Don’t Need It
When it comes to chakras, the traditional yogic perspective doesn’t get hung up on balance like it’s some essential buzzword. The real focus is on something far more powerful. It’s all about waking up these energy centers, flipping the switch, and unleashing their unique powers within us. This is the core of true spiritual wellness and the heart of multi-dimensional healing—because each chakra isn’t just an energy center; it’s a gateway to a whole new level of consciousness. Awakening them can lead to profound transformation, way beyond just feeling "balanced."
How I Came to Call My Blog "Becoming Ganga"
The name "Becoming Ganga" holds deep personal and spiritual significance for me. It all began during a pivotal moment in my yoga teacher training at Satchidananda Ashram when our entire class had the honor of having satsang with Swami Satchidananda

In this post, I’ll share how you can harness the energy of this Full Moon through a transformative fire ceremony, invoking the fierce and protective power of Goddess Durga.

Energy Healers: The New Home Repair Pros
One of my first experiences was quite profound and unexpected. While working energetically with a private client, I psychically heard that her home and property were in need of deep cleansing. I told her what I heard and she immediately said “will you do it?” I said sure. I had never been to her house and knew nothing about it and wanted it that way. I continued to receive information about what was needed including that it needed to be started on the next new moon day. I gathered the things I was guided to bring and went to her house. It is a large, historic house surrounded by an impressive iron fence. I noticed the fence had sharp pointed spikes all around the top. I went in the gate and sat down right there and began my process.
