🌀 Welcome to The Ganga Files

This space is for anyone seeking what’s real, whatever name they call God by.

This is where the threads come together —
discipline and devotion, structure and surrender, the sacred and the ordinary.

Stories, insights, practices, and transmissions—woven from lived experience and the Field itself.

The Ganga Files are not just writings.
They are codes — fragments of the sacred pulled from the current and placed in your hands, one ripple at a time.

Born from the deep waters of becoming,
these reflections move with the tides of Earth and the pulse of the stars.
They are shaped by truth, refined by Saturn, and carried by Grace.

This isn’t here to tell you what to believe,
or to sell you a lighter version of truth.
It’s here to remind you what’s real—
and what was always already inside you, waiting to be remembered.

Unlocking Maslow’s Pyramid: The Power of Shadow Work

And here’s the twist: shadow work could actually be the key to unlocking each level of Maslow’s pyramid in a way that feels authentic and empowering. Let’s dive in and see how embracing our shadows can help us not just survive but thrive.

Energy Healers: The New Home Repair Pros

I told her what I heard and she immediately said “will you do it?” I said sure. I had never been to her house and knew nothing about it and wanted it that way. I continued to receive information about what was needed including that it needed to be started on the next new moon day. I gathered the things I was guided to bring and went to her house. It is a large, historic house surrounded by an impressive iron fence. I noticed the fence had sharp pointed spikes all around the top. I went in the gate and sat down right there and began my process.
